* The minimum age to participate in the BRAMA must be 18 years old at the start of the race.

* In order to participate to the BRAMA we will require a medical certificate informing that the participant is able to run stage-race ultra-distances. The certificate must have been made in the previous year before the start of the BRAMA (from the 17th of October 2024 to the 30th of September 2025) and must be uploaded to your private zone before the 30th of September 2025. The organization recommends the certificate to be accompanied by a stress test (ECG during effort) in order to assess correctly the runner’s condition although it is not mandatory.

The exclusion of liability must be signed and uploaded to your private zone before the 30th of September 2025.

* The insurance included with registration (you can read the policy here) is an accident insurance during the race, and as such, it does not cover diseases that you may develop during the event such as appendicitis, gastroenteritis, animal bites, non-urgent surgeries… We recommend that you take out a travel insurance that covers these circumstances or the European Health Insurance Card if you live in the European Union.
